Soviet Posters
Boing Boing linked to a site full to the brim with Soviet propaganda posters. Rarely in my research do I get to see pictures, especially so well designed and beautiful to look at, a refreshing break from texts. Out of all of them I find this one perhaps my favourite. It depicts the the Russian factory worker saying “NO! to Drinking” (according to the translation). As I’m sure you are aware Russian’s like a drink not only in bars but at work.
